Brad, so true! But this is California, and Small Claims Court is a venue for cheap-ass fucks like Mitnick who like to harass innocent people with frivolous lawsuits. Most Small Claims Courts in the country do not allow lawsuits regarding slander and libel. Mitnick is too cheap to hire an attorney because a REAL ATTORNEY would laugh him out of his office.

Geeky Darci and Mitnick believe that people really care about what is said in jest on a pornboard. If the internet closed down, Mitnick would never find a job in the *real world!* He only knows how to live in his internet freakdom!

It's more than the chat boards, Brad, but that will all come out in the courts. If she had only done it here, we wouldn't have a problem. I really did not come on here this morning to rehash all of this shit again, just merely to answer JR's questions. I, too, am tired of hearing this psycho ramble the same stuff over and over again.
