Some pics would have done nicely, Serge...Sue really should have brought the camera...seeing an image of you angelically sleeping (arguably angelic due to the anaesthesia, but still...) ..that would have been a true Kodak moment.

Serge, I am doing what you told me to do many moons ago.. eating like I should, eating 1/4 of what I was eating before, drinking plenty of water and working out.

Crystal has dropped 2 sizes as well in the same time. The baby fat is coming off. Soon you won't recognize us!
