Well, that thread looks like a case of black and white.... you just pointed out the facts and this guy was obviously unfamiliar with tax laws... pretty easy argument to win. I'll give it you if you really want to take it though.

Let's see, it ranges from a woman pouring pudding over herself to dressing up in a business suit and easing (fully clothed mind you) into a swimming pool to fluffy bubble bath to rolling around in the mud to wrestling in creamed corn (beware of the nibblets) to whipped cream/human sundae...
When not tipping cows or attempting to seduce other livestock, this is something that I would consider great fun... then again, what do I know, I'm inbred...
I could break out all that plastic wrap and duct tape (everyone has this now right?) and put it to good use... It won't stop a microbe, but it will keep the strawberry ice cream from staining your carpet! .... er .... so I heard.... lol

IMHO, a "good" pisser must be knowledgeable about the subject, or are good enough at BSing to confuse everyone into thinking s/he is, they can't lose their cool, they know when to stop, they win (by unanimous decision) 80% of their pisses, and they manage to stay friends with the people they piss with.
I think it's like any good argument. I have friends/family/loved ones that I disagree with about things, and we can argue like crazy, but in the end, if we still disagree, we agree to disagree, kiss and all's right with the world. A BAD pisser will lose friends in a piss, a GOOD pisser will gain them.

i always think of pissing a long term strategy which is one of the reasons i respect serge and yes, brad. they actually got something tangible out of shit stirring. to me that is what makes a good pisser. jmho. some of the best debaters i see on these boards are not making much $.

I honestly think that part of being a good pisser is knowing how to play the other half just enough to keep them in the game... a good piss has legs, and is about ISSUES and CONCEPTS, and never gets more personal than just on a superficial level. A good pisser knows how to keep the other person (people) in the game for the long run, to really make something of the discussion.
Bad piss is just idiotic name calling and yelling - not listening to the other side, no thrust and parry, just infantile name calling and sleaze. Those threads don't tend to last, and for the most part, people tend to walk away.
There are very few people on this board (maybe 2 total) who can really play the game properly. There are a number of people who think they are good, but realistically they are nothing more than insulting and rude.

see IMO, i think a good piss is where it does get personal ... otherwise its just a discussion or a debate. nobody really pisses anymore ... rarely does anyone insult each others mothers and slam each other personally ... piss is meant to be damaging to the other person. its pretty hard to damage each other these days because we all know each others dirty laundry and its boring!!!!

See - I really like reading CJ's posts, for example. She always comes in from a pretty cool angle. She can put someone in their place with a few quick lines. It's not really that pissy though. Her posts make too much sense.
JR is more pissy. A combination of logic, data, heavy humor and name-calling. Good stuff! Especially when I am in the mood to read a book.
Forest is pissy but he just doesn't make ANY sense and I don't know when he is bullshitting or not. I give him that. He is good at bullshitting. At least, he believes himself. I bet he thinks this song is about him.
KK is really good. However, she usually makes so much damned sense I don't have anything to say after she posts. Pithy. Fun to watch the quick zingers.
Alex is really fun. A true pisser. Excellent at debate. Definitely not as impersonal as he claims.

PornoDoggy makes too much sense to be a true pisser too. Excellent posts. Though we often disagree, I have great respect for the PornoDoggy attack.

what you are claiming as validation for your 'case' is that they took your 'text' and put it on their site and then didn't uphold the 3 month contract. yep, some stupid judge would probably accept that as a case, lame as it is, but i see it as you being a dummie and giving someone marketing information before you had a written contract with the client. Anything you include in such explicit detail in a proposal is your own fault ... a proposal is an outline of an entire marketing strategy ... if you gave him exact text, well .... whose a silly boy then!! how petty are you?!??!

I tend to liken Pissing to a good old Australian past time called sledging.
The rules are..
