Our US branch, Yambo Financials Inc., pays US taxes regularly. We don't have problems with the IRS.

Forest, we are a legitimate company. We do not steal people's money. Serge, you could ask anybody at Crutop about yambo and nobody would tell you we steal money. Cause we don't.

Ok, just had to give my opinion on this topic. Some people here don't have an idea about what they're talking.

Forest:

1. Verbal agreement counts only if there are witnesses or if it's recorded and both parties agree to the recording - it's illegal to record a conversation without the other parties concent.

2. ICQ logs don't count in courts - it's easy to fake them. And you can't prove who was chatting on the other side.

3. Ideas can't be copyrighted - if you sent them your ideas before signing the contract, the ideas automatically belong to them.

Serge:

1. Quoting articles doesn't make one a tax expert!

2. It's IRS's job to scare You into paying taxes and seems they've done a good job.

3. These articles are there to SCARE people, it's just BULLSHIT... ponimaesh? It's called "Optimizing Taxes".

4. Got Questions? Get a tax consultant or pay taxes, your choice!
