There are a lot of self proclaimed experts out there bilking clients with claims of being SEO and socail marketing experts but havent owned a site that has had any success. Hell and in some cases no site at all.

I guess its good to impress people with your twitter street cred and leverage that into a job with ICM registry and .XXX .

Heres a good example of a company desperate for bucks that tried to IPO what 3 times? And when that wasnt working tried to scam a reverse IPO by devaluing Playboy so that they could buy them and merge into the stock market.

What's the over/under on when they file bankruptcy?

I'm guessing 8 months.

Well, actually, the income from the IPO would be about enough to cover another 12 months of losses. But if they are going to start making payments on the "debt" for acquiring the companies, I would give them about the same 8 months.
