VERY IMPRESSED with the Xbiz show this year
Great turnout, good biz, good seminars, lots of free drinks.
Winter Xbiz should be the one "must go" show of the year IMO.

I am blown away. What a show Alec, Moe, Kristin and the crew put on. Every seminar was packed, the hotel was awesome and the vibe was great. We are very happy to have been a sponsor. If you were not there, you really missed out.

Ive become numb to the "this is the best show ever, I did more business than ever before."
Those statements and the great pics jfk takes are the same two constants in every show in my 10 yrs.

Well hell, if I were an affiliate rep (remember those?) and my boss paid to send me to a show, I'd damned sure make sure that's what I said if I ever wanted to go again.

Me? I'm a cranky fat bastard spending my own money, I call it like I see it. If I like the show, I compliment it, and I have. If I thought it was a waste of time or the venue sucked or whatever, you know I'll call that too.

My advice on shows in general remains the same, now more so than ever. Combine business with pleasure. Make sure that you choose shows where you can at least have a good time, eat some good chow, even if the show sucks. My worst cast scenario is a tax deductible vacation. I can live with that.
