How are your July AEBN sales?

My sales are up significantly so far this month. I made some changes to my promos last week, but with the recent AEBN web site update I'm wondering which is more responsible?

With the design change I haven't a clue. The entire right side of my screen is gone so I can't check how many members I have (last week I had 7,999 and wanted to be sure I went over 8k), no clue which of my movies are doing well, etc. The new design is horrible

New design looks good to me, no width issues, but then I'm using a 1440x900 screen.

My stats show that over 95% of my visitors are running at 1024 or wider. Less than 5% at 800x600.

I may be wrong here, but don't I remember you saying you turned off a bunch of the "flashy stuff" on your browser in websites a couple years ago?
It was a few years ago, as I recall, but maybe I'm thinking of someone else?

No offense taken. I've lost a little over 100 lbs. since the end of Sept. Still have about 50-60 lbs. more to lose.

I don't do Flash so yes, a Flash stats area makes it difficult for me. Usually I'll email the sponsor and ask if they have an html version. I get stats daily in Stats Remote and as I've mentioned before, the beginning of the month on AEBN always sucks, stats go down 80% for the first few days. I don't know why but it happens every single month, then they get back to normal and I always do better each month, but it's just odd how the first few days suck.

Hmmm, for me it's just the opposite. The first part of the month is usually better than the end of the month. But... that still doesn't explain the start to this month. In just 6 days my total for July is already more than half what I did for the entire month of June.

We're the same as Pam. The first week or so of every month is slower than the rest of the month. I just checked, and we aren't up or down

Well... if others aren't experiencing a similar boost in sales then I can probably eliminate the recent AEBN changes as having any factor in my increased sales month to date.

The changes I made weren't all that drastic, but sometimes it's the subtle things that surprise you. I'll keep watching and see if the numbers persist through the month or if probability and random chance are just fuckin' with me.

I've been tracking and graphing my sales since we started our first paysite with Carol's site in January 1996, so can see trends quite easily. We also handle the billing for close to 100 other websites, so I have full access to all that. I just don't see any sort of new trend as a result of the tax bonus in the US. Everything is sitting where I expect it to sit.

I would agree. But its so damn hard to tell. I have seen sites with really big numbers and were not doing well. I have no idea about this one. It looks good but kinda boring.
