Well I guess every new member is going to have to go thru some sort of explanation, reason and ragging why they're here. But when they give a true and sincere reason why they joined. And its not to someones agreement here at Oprano. Then they get all sorts of hell till they are vanished or ran off?
This is truly some immature and poor ass behavior from a bunch of so called Oprano Professionals Board Members.
And I just want to take this moment to say, GREAT WORK GUYS. Danggg I just love it at Oprano

Am I the one you spoke with on the phone bro? Because I know we have had a few conversations. And I was one of the ones yelling the loudest here about how we had to treat people with respect and help newbies out and blah blah blah. Yes sometimes the old guard just made me disgusted and I would vacate the board for extended periods of time. But I also have friends here that I ONLY see here. Since I value their views on things and enjoy the banter I always came back.

But the scarecrow issue has me kind of torn. It makes me look like a hypocrite if I don't help the guy out but his behavior and demeanor in the first few days here bothered me so I have tried to stay out of it. While I am sure almost everyone here will answer intelligent questions from webmasters of all experience i just don't like this guy. I am sorry and know that is harsh but Oprano is still a proving ground of sorts and you just can't clip it's balls completely off.

That's just my opinion of course. And if I want a surfers opinion and insight I will just check out Snowman's forums... but it looks dead there. I wonder if I should start posting there as well...

Rcourt, what in the world are you talking about? Other than Rhetorical's stalking of Trisha, the only person I've seen roughed up a bit lately is Skarecrow and he's not a webmaster, nor a surfmaster, he's just a plain old surfer that has no business being here. There are plenty of fan and surfer boards out there, we don't need to put up with them here.

I'll tell you one thing. If it gets to the point that Oprano decides to start courting surfers, you can color me gone. I don't mind spending a few minutes messing around once in a while, but for me, there's way too much work to do to spend time fucking around on a message board. When I have free time, I spend it with my family, reading a book, exercising, or any number of things that are far more enjoyable than sifting through a bunch of horse shit looking for a decent thread to post in.

If a surfer stumbles in once in a while, it's no big deal and Skarecrow was treated just fine until he started looking like a stalker and acting like a moron.

umm. On Oprano I have been here a while. But please, let's keep the record straight. Any real money I made in adult was an employee for a very large adult internet presence between 1999 and 2001. At that time I did not even know how to code html. I was purely doing the processing.

I have not made shit on the net (yet???) and should never be included in a list of those with history. Knowledge I have plenty of, lots and lots of knowledge. The wherewithall to put any of that knowledge to use is what I lack. I have been floundering since day one of my attempts at webmastering and my attempts to provide programming to this industry as an independent are not much better. So, while I am extremely flattered to be included in that list I do not deserve it and do not feel that I have ever made any claim that would put me on that list.

I am newbier than most newbies when it comes to figuring out how to turn a dime in this biz.

I have stated it many times but will once again. I am a nobody in this biz, hell I don't even qualify to be a Fat Fucking Nobody. I am DFN4life
