Ok step one - necesary skills
If you can't get past this step you should give up, and probably go hide in a cave somewhere because I don't think anything can help you.
HTML - To make a porn website you have to be able to create... a website. You can do this however the hell you like but just follow the general rules of good site design. Keep it to the point and make things easy to find, make sure your visitors are seeing what you want them to see when they visit your site. Got an ad on the front page in the center for something you doubt will sell? get rid of it and put something there that will. Rule of thumb with websites is, if you have to ask... you're doing something wrong.
If you're new to web design I recommend giving Microsoft Frontpage a go for creating your first static websites. Die hard 'web pros' will cry about the recommendation of Frontpage but its the easiest thing for a new webmaster to use as its close to Word in its functionality (NOTE: DO NOT USE WORD FOR HTML, EVER).

Skill 2 - Traffic Building
This is like the name suggests, getting users to your website. The tried and true method for this is to post links absolutely anywhere and everywhere you can if it doesn't cost you anything. Hit up google and find some directories relevant to the niches you're promoting.

Skill 3 - SEO
You're going to need to learn something about search engine optimization. What is SEO? Making sure search engines index your pages and place proper relevance on your keywords. Some very, very general advice I can give on this is that you should pay special attention to the words you place in your page titles, file names, page footer and in between bold and header tags. Pick a word and use it in your page as many times as possible while still writing promotional copy that can be called 'english'. Do not use images as text ever. A search engine crawler cannot read it. An ugly, text only, optimized page will trump a fancy photoshop graphics template in search engine rankings any day.

I just want to make a recommendation to try IBP & Arelis http://www.axandra.com/ if you want to do your own SEO work. You can get it free for 30 days and although a little pricey I love it.

If any of you don't want to spend the money or can't figure it out and would like me to run a report to give you everything you need to do to optimize your pages just let me know and I will do it for a small fee.
