Will google adopt the "cost per action" to combat click fraud?

Click fraud can be all but eliminated with the right technology.
Why would a big SE care? They can make some precautions to show they care but ultimately their advertisers will factor that in to their budget and adjust accordingly. Since they are the big show in town they'll always have an audience anyway. Click fraud blows but it's a part of the game. |
