Peaches - Bellagio is good and so is the Monte Carlo.... but I've heard from MANY people that the one @ the Rio (off the strip unfortunately) is the best in town.
BTW... down on Freemont Street they have a vendor that sells some unique Vegas t-shirts... we got one for our son one year that says "I'm here for the buffet." lol Sounds like that might be appropriate for yours too!
