Bush is sometimes loyal to a fault.

While we are speaking of removing people, Tenet head of the CIA needs to go as well. He is a failure, a beaurocrat, and things will not get better until he leaves.

I used to work with a woman (in IT) who was so dense she told me once that she saved all her documents in small fonts to save disk space. She single handedly knocked out the phone system for 3 days in one of our plants, etc. You guessed it, within a year they made her our boss. A lot of people were relieved because she couldn't do as much damage anymore.

Actually, Bush needs to fire a BUNCH of beaurocrats; but they're union, therefore protected. It doesn't matter who he puts in as head of an agency if the people underneath are sabotaging things.
