According to Aly's pdf.... 89% of atendees say that its the most important part of the show....

They obviously only passed out the surveys at the seminars....

That's why i posted the poll....my own observations would tend to lead me to call bullshit on that statement. But let's see...

I only go if im killing time or i need to speak to one of the panelists.

Otherwise they are about as much use as a candy bar against a hacker to me.

For the newbs, I'd say maybe so. Other than that if it's not a real hot button issue, I'd be willing to bet that more than half this board's members could role play each panel member in their sleep to perfection.

But then again, what can you really say, over and over and over, on average of about every 3 months, with all the different shows that wouldn't be repetitive.

The problem is anyone with really good information knows better than to share it. It'll be found, reverse engineered and spammed to the point that no one can make a buck at it soon enough without teaching people how to do it.

I normally go to one seminar a show... depending on who is speaking, and what the topic is.... as Drav said, there is something to be gleened from a good knowledgable speaker....
