I agree, the big hitters (InterCosmos, etc) hit mainstreamt back when.

Still, there's a bunch of people who are just getting to mainstream or who have been in it for quite a while but quietly. But hey, everyone needs more affiliates.

So many ways to make money in mainstream not just by affiliate programs ... eBay stores, drop shipping, viral marketing, ebooks (believe it or not) ... have articles, tools, content, discussions ....

There's already one person who's come by offering to boost from $40 PPS to $50 PPS to MW board members on dental plans.
