======================================
NATIONALNET TO ACQUIRE WEB HOSTING FIRM XXXSTORAGE

Transaction first of several planned for 2003

ATLANTA, December 31, 2002 - NationalNet, Inc., a leading provider of Web Hosting services to the Adult Internet, today announced the acquisition of XXXStorage, a division of iPulse Web Ventures, Inc. of Tulsa, OK. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"XXXStorage has always been a customer-focused, high-end web host and one that we felt would compliment the NationalNet culture", said Bill VanVorst, Director of Operations for NationalNet. "Jeff Dunn, the Company founder and President, has also agreed to join the NationalNet team in a management role", VanVorst continued, "We are quite happy to have his knowledge and experience working with our existing customers, as well as our newly acquired client base."

"Joining forces with NationalNet is a great move for our customers", said Jeff Dunn, President of iPulse Web Ventures, Inc. "We are very excited by the opportunity to join a market leader and benefit from the long-term opportunities derived from NationalNet's resources and financial strength."

This acquisition is the first of several planned for 2003 as NationalNet continues to expand its presence in the market. The company is actively seeking all sizes and types of web hosting companies to partner with in the coming year. "In my opinion, the 2003 year will see more consolidation in our industry than in any year past", said Tony Morgan, President of NationalNet, "and we want to be poised to aggressively take advantage of these opportunities as they arise".

Tony,
how will you manage new property?
will you move servers to Atlanta or will you open second office?

Actually, Serge, due to some cirumstances revolving around XXXStorage's colo provider we moved the servers out of their existing center in just a few short days because it was eventually being closed. This was something that was out of the control of the management of XXXStorage, but it was the deciding factor for them to go ahead and sell the company.

So, in the middle of the night we loaded the entire company onto a Private Cargo Jet that we chartered and moved the entire operation to Atlanta. We took a few pics of the move and posted them here if you are interested.

Sweet-T, as always your organization is class - and your view of the future of hosting seems to be right. Consolidation.

It's a pleasure to know that I am hosted at one of the best hosts on the net, with a team that I have yet to see beat!

:-)

Good Job!

any other fire sales you know of?

I wanna be your partner and silent investor...AGAIN!
;-)))
Just like last time, Serge.....thanks, but no thanks.

But you know that if I *ever* need a silent investor you will be the first person that I call

I will, however, be happy to send a brokers fee your way if you can find me a few more fire sales.....we are actively looking for acquisitions this year....I spoke to a few people in Vegas that might surprise ya

The speed of that move is pretty amazing.

It took us that long to move 8 miles last year.

Kacy...it was great to see you guys, too!! Glad to hear things are going well for you....let me know if there is ever any business that we can do together!!

VooMan....no more bubble wrap....I am thinking about just buying a plane and let you setup the inside of it for server moves

Nick....You want a brokerage fee, too???

Dan....consider it an honor my friend. I always tell people that the bigger you get in this industry the bigger the target on your back becomes.

Moose....Thanks, dude. We are pleased with the overall move. We learn something every time so I hope the next one is quicker than the last one. Just keep trying to get better, yanno??

Voodooman....Thanks dude. Now lets you and I finally do some business together

T-Bone.....the baby of the bunch Its good to see you around the boards, dude.....welcome. Thanks for the kudos, my friend. If there is ever anytyhing that I can do for you please let me know!!!

DrGuile...XXXStorage was not the largest hosting company on the planet but they are a good solid company. Have been around since 97 and have been rated one of the best hosting companies in the industry by a few of the "Top" services....
