I ran into them when they were processing for a scumbag that was ripping out sites out of Amsterdam. I called this Iranian dude in Montreal and he told me to fuck off, he would process for anybody he felt like. A few guys lost their paypal accounts and Paxum got seriously fucked with Amex.
