If D wants to wank in public, take the chance on getting arrested and pay the piper if/when that happens... that's his choice.

But I find the following statment to be pretty pathetic when we all know he has more than sufficient funds to cover his own bail and legal fees.

Actually, while there are things I would've done differently, it's not a bad approach, if you adhere to the "all publicity is good publicity" school of thought.
