I dunno about that, Tony. It's much more iconic than just about anything else out there to the general public, and it's still very much the "gateway drug" of porn. I think Scott has some very good ideas - there is a lot of merit to it as a "lifestyle" brand, but perhaps it has just been mismanaged from that perspective.
