Anyway, You purchased a license to use our software. You did not purchase the use of the images of our girls or their model releases.

When you add girls to your website via our Mbase system (http://www.2much.net/mbase.html) you have the right to use their image because (a) the webmaste the girl works for is allowing it by adding her to mbase in the first place.

When that webmaster unshares that girl from mbase, or that girl quits or whatever, then you no longer have the right (nor the need) to continue to display that girls picture.

You were asked at least 3 times in 3 months to stop doing what you were doing, because it aided no one (especially not you), was disrespectful to the talent, etc. There is nothing in our contract that guarantees the use of any chat model's pictures on your website unless we sell you the rights to that image, AND you have the valid 2257 info, Model Release, etc etc.

What if the feds had knocked on your door and asked you for her 2257 info? What would you have done then?

Let's be clear on this. I'm not that person, period, and that the "proof" that it was me is by my Mac Address. Not only do you believe him, but you also claimed earlier that Mac Address tracking is common.

Am I a networking guru? No. I am saying that Obtaining a Mac Address via the Internet is impossible, unless an application is installed on a PC which broadcasts that mac address.

If you are not a networking expert and cannot prove me wrong, then thats ok. Whoever you are, I don't hate you for it. Please, dude, chill a sec..

What I said was is that I think I had an idea who it was based on the computer domain / workgroup name because sometimes, this is obtainable over the net. This person assures me it is not her and that is the end of it. I did not mention Mac addresses.

If the information is freely available, why don't you show me where it is? You are the one saying that Mac Addresses are available for any Pc on the Internet. You are the one doing the acusing now. All I am asking you for is How? Where?

Let's take a step back for a moment. Forget you hate me. Instead, lets work together to find out if it is possible to obtain a MAC address the way you are describing. Ok?

If MAC Addresses are obtainable, why don't we ALL discover how this is done? This kind of thing can be very useful to webmasters, billing companies, etc.

If the MAC Addresses were visible to companies like CCBill, they could use it to stop credit card fraud in a second. Think about this: If you discovered that someone was using stolen credit cards to buy from your website, you could block their MAC address and then never be frauded by that guy again!
Blocking the IP Address, like blocking the email address, is pointless because people can easily get another IP or email address. Blocking MAC Addresses would be a miracle for credit card processors.

So tell me again: If a person's visit to a website such as Oprano is trackable by Mac Addresses, don't you think Mac addressing blocks would be in place? Surprise, they're not. Why? Because it is impossible for any means for 1 machine to obtain the mac address of another machine over a WAN, unless the target is running an application that reads the mac address of that machine in the first place.

I pay $1 Million Dollars EVERY Year to affiliates in addition to what they have earned.
This obviously means my business makes plenty of money and I take it seriously.

Perhaps you and your online ventures make millions also, since you took offense to my post.
It was obviously geared toward those that are experts in theory but not practice.

My point here is that there are many of my "peers" on here don't make shit but are full of advice.
