Michel used images of Alexxia when she was chatting. When the girls stop chatting, we remove their images. I told you in September 07 that Alexxia was (a) gone, and (b) did not want you to use her images anynore since she did not want to appear on your website (and soon after, Kedra also said she no longer wanted to appear on your website).

Then in October I asked you again to remove the images, twice! And each time, you refused.

Did you have the model release of Alexxia? No. Did you have her permission to show her images after she left your site? No. Did you have our permission to use her images? No. Unless you have PROOF to the contrary, you have once again shown that you don't know sweet fuck all about anything.

Please contact Michael Plante for any issues you have with stolen content or images or documentation he should or should not have to do the design work and use images - He is a professional web designer that you recommended and introduced to me; so I would not have expected he would make this kind of an error.

Shellee, Besides any rights to images,legal, whatever, its just common curtosy. If someone asks you to please stop displaying an image on your site, even if you "own" the image, you just stop. Why? Because no one is out to fuck anyone out of anything, especially a model. Everyone in adult depends on the chat models to help make them money. You're decision to use a girls' images when everyone involved was asking you to stop, is just another example of who the real Shellee Hale is.

Well - I called Michael Plante when you made the request since he was the web designer and he said he talked to you - So, you need to take this up with him.

Additionally I responded to you via email that since I paid YOU for custom web design as well as paid Michael you really had the responsiblity to remove the image if it should not be there per our contract. Would you like me to post our contract?

A designer designs your site, after which you are responsible for it - you own the work. Michel was never your webmaster, you ran your own site supposedly, so you're responsible to maintain and update it.

If you didn't know how to remove the images, you could have asked me.

As you said, Michel is a profesional and one of the most ethical people I've met. You can see at http://www.3xwebdesign.com/ he's all booked up and not taking on new jobs for a while. There's a reason for that and it's not because of what you tried to smear him with in your post.

I do have a question though....how do you track someone's MAC Address?? A couple of people alluded to it being quite easy with readily available tools, but I sure can't find anything. The most I found was a tool that will return a MAC Address from the main router on a network, but nothing deeper. Doing a quick Google search, I came across Geek boards where people asked this question, and the response was "You can't, unless someone is purposely and actively broadcasting it".

So, please let me know how. I'm just curious as to how this can be done. I have a feeling I won't be getting a response.

That has been my question all along. I *THINK* it's impossible. According to my 2 network guru's, its impossible. I can't find anything about it on Google, and in my post earlier, I found out that MAC Addresses is simply not a part of the TCP/IP Layer.

I also posted my IP Address in a previous thread, and asked Moetheman to grab my MAC Address from it. So far, no response.

Anyway, all BS aside here, I would really really like to know if this is possible. If so, it would help us to make our credit card fraud detection system (http://www.2much.net/fraud-detection.html) even better than it already is. If we could block users by MAC Addresses, we could illiminate CC fraud altogether!

Please refer to our contract I paid 2much.net to maintain and update the website. Why would I need to call you if you were calling me to do something that was your responsibility. If you did not have permission to use photos or if permission changed - you had a fiduciary duty to me for services paid for you should have been doing YOUR JOB.

When we made your original website, we offered you webmaster services. Then when you went to Mr. Plante, he became your new webmaster. Michel has all of the PSD (Layer) files for all of your graphics so he could make any changes you asked him to do.

What I bet happened is that you asked him for changes later and he told you he had to charge you for those changes, but you didn't want to pay him for his work.

Finally, if you look back at my older posts here SWEETHEART, you will see that not only did I ask you many times to remove the pictures, but in the end we offered to do the work FOR YOU, FOR FREE. All we needed was ANY other picture of ANY other chat model you had. You never provided us with one. (I guess that fat fuck of the On-Cam Big-Mac Eating Florida Prostitute you had stealing from you and jeopardizing your business was not someone you wanted to have on the front page of your website. Our contract speaks for itself. You are welcome to ask Michael Plant if you are correct in this assumption but I am sure he will tell you that your not. You were paid to do this service period and Michale Plante was used at your suggestion.

But isn't it pointless as I don't even do business or support your platform in any way shape or form. I think you are losing the point it was a complete waste of my time and money to work with you and nothing ever got accomplished.
