2much internet services threatens chatter

Hello Everyone,

The point is, we had a problem with an annoying chatter who would not go away. We solved the problem by improving our software to block him out, and by contacting the authorities when this customer began to make threats in case he was truly dangerous.

Situations like the one above are always an interesting challenge. The question became: "How do we get rid of this guy?" The answer was found using technology and brainpower.
