You can see that by the number of high profile properties that are moving after all these years. They're bringing all time highs as there is money out there willing to grab them. Who's right? Who's wrong? Only time will tell, but I would say this, if someone is willing to give you over 10 times annual revenue for anything, you should probably sell it and RUN to the bank.
