What I think is interesting, is that they make a big thing about her million dollar house in a gated community. Real estate must still be really cheap in Georgia.

The video for WSB said "leased" house. I was going to be impressed if either of them were organized enough to have the assets or credit to actually own the house.

And yeah, real estate prices in Georgia are pretty sweet. A million bucks gets you a 6000 sq. ft. home in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in town. That house would be on the low-end of that neighborhood, but would easily be a $2-3 million house in California, Seattle or anywhere in the northeast.

Sugarloaf is where the Bellsouth Classic is held every spring and is home to a fair percentage of Atlanta's sports stars and celebrities.
