It's sad, but we've known for a long time that in this business the level of loyalty one has to someone is directly proportional to the size of the check they are receiving from them.

The business inherently draws the type of personality that is prone to take short cuts and perhaps even has a lower moral fiber than average. Should be no surprise that most think stealing is ok as long as you're stealing from someone else.
