Is it just me or do the penalties this level of spammers receive seem like just not quite enough?
They should be sent to the Philippines where public cannings are common.

spamming today (non compliant spam) is like running a scat site or something. just a matter of time before you get busted. they shouldn't just go to jail and be fined, they should be sterilized so they can't reproduce in my opinion.
