I'd be happy to see the old timers here if they would just give me some cheese.

Not a lot, maybe a few slices now and then.

Not the expensive stinky cheese; maybe some swiss, or some gouda.

Just a little cheese, that's all I ask, and for which I would be very grateful.

Since some people and companies do not like the taste or smell of old cheese, then they rather just throw it out of the the fridge, and pretend that the best cheese in the world is ultra mild cheese, which doesn´t scare away the kids
