Any bets on the family whose kid was illegally driving the car (and illegally had too many people in it) suing the driver of the truck? And wanna bet the other family members will join in instead of suing the parents of the girl driving?
And there were originally EIGHT kids in the car - she had dropped one off. And one of the relatives is defending her. I wouldn't be surprised if Mommy and Daddy OK'd her driving around. It's sad mostly because it could have been prevented with just a small amount of common sense
