I half expected him to start an "all bird" eradication program.
Keeping in step with all of his other policies, Birds are the devil, birds are evil, birds are plotting against us, birds are threatining the security of the US. Birds are the Anti-Christ. We must take the war to them, hunt them down and cut the heads off of them.

Other news, we are outsourcing as much of the work out of the US as fast as we can, Reworking the tax policies to eliminate the last of your deductions (we need the money to fund "The Wars" war on birds included), Nominating friend of the week for Supreme Court Justice, and God told me to lie to the world community about WMDs so we could go ona fruitless crusade.
