Orgen s in the feds sights though.. rulings on Medical MJ , and next assisted suicide, will have major impacts on the fed vs state laws and the repercussions of those rulings will trickle down as the are intended to by the right wing.

they always say they are for states rights ( unless they dont agree with it ) well then they say the feds need to step in and help those stupid states out.

it is too bad to watch the country go down so much and that these people that say they are for the " constitution" allow such tragedy to take place casue it suites them personally.

but I guess I am just a stupid liberal ( that believes in the CONSTITUTION working for ALL) so I must be a leftie bent on destroyi9ng the world with hand outs and freedoms and good schools and fixed roads and shit I am just a fuck up.
