Smokers?

They are filtered.

You can buy either filters that you roll right in the paper, or you can buy tubes which look more like what come in a packaged box but you fill them with a special tube filling machine.

I just roll the filters right into the cig with the tobacco. Little zig zag rolling machine makes it easy and roll the same size every time.

Good thing I work on the computer and don't need to walk across the room tho...

(That last part was an attempt on my part, once again, to justify me killing myself slowly. Denial is such a grand affair.)

I've just brought 10 cartons back from Spain, at $20US per carton. It might not be cheaper than the US but it's about $68 per carton cheaper than the UK

Unfortunately, it IS cheaper than it is here. I'm in the south too and we're paying close to or more than $40 per, depending on where you go for premiums. New York last time I was there was up to around $75 per carton or so.

Nothing like taxing the shit out of people who have an addiction. Damn them are some smart fellers...

But I can't quit cigs

This is the best I've achieved so far:

No smoking in the house except one room.
Gone from 80 cigs a day (those that know me know that is true) to 30.

May not sound a lot but it is something.My kids told me that there clothes used to stink of cigarettes, now they don't.

Wow, you are the first person I have heard admitting they use the Zig Zag roller for TABBAKA, not the WACKY TABAKY

I quit for 5 weeks and was having a rough few days a week ago, have been smoking agin for 6 days now... Arguing with the first cigarette of the mornign decision today and lit up a few minutes ago..

I am going to quit again (yeahhh right huh?) after Friday... The stressors that caused me to light up are gone.. Well for the moment anyways. Now chewing.. not as bad for you if you don't mind having your jaw taken out early in your life.. and you don't feel as shitty from it (chest pains in the morning etc..)
