24.5 in 3 weeks is phenomenal. Percentage wise that's a good start.
Some people don't believe it when they hear it. But that's a great start and keep it up. My goal is a healthy 160 which puts my lean BMI inline of where it needs to be. I've dropped nearly 5 BMI points already. They say it's not a perfect indicator because it doesn't account for muscle mass in it's determination of health. They say your waist size male or female is a good indicator of overall healthy. Your'e doing great sharky.
