Red, you're killing me. Actually, the craving for sweets and carbs was never there. I'm a meat guy. Steak, ribs, chops, chicken and of course fish and seafood.
However eating healthy is something that is underrated. Your body does amazing things when it's nourished right. You really see the differnce in energy and strength even after a few weeks. It's even more amazing to think that the body fights to get into shape. You can get into shape a lot quicker and with less effort than it takes to get out of shape.
