If I was consuming three meal a day, it sure would not be what I orginally posted. Since we are talking about one meal a day for the next three months,
I want to make sure after the third month my body is functioning as close to normal as possible.

I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong...I'm just looking at this from a different perspective. What would be best for my mind/body and overall well-being.

I've pretty much only eaten one meal a day for the last 7+ years, I've got piss poor taste buds and sense of smell due to welding fumes so eating is more of a chore than a pleasure.

Granted it's a different meal every day

I'm still standing after 7+ years, plus all the veggies on my Sunday roast will tend to my needs
