Ask them if we can sue content providers who won't give up-to-date 2257 info to a purchaser. And what about the responsibility of a content provider who no longer sells? (Afterall they still are required to keep their copies of all records for 10 years.)
Seriously. Would like to hear one of the lawyers give us our full options. (Btw, no this hasn't happened to me. Just want to be ready when it does.) |
