Armstrong there are a couple of scenarios that would fit...
Firstly, the designer Nick paid for an 'exclusive' image, lifted it from clipart, removed a finger, and claimed it as his own (and charged Nick accordingly). Secondly, he may well have done the original artwork for Nick, then added the finger, and sold it to clipart, either as an exclusive or not. Either way, LiftNw8 is using the image unlawfully...and it's possible Nick was ripped off. |
