What do you pay a Sig Whore these days?

Here's a direct cut and paste from an email I got last week. I've X'd out the identifiers to protect the innocent from being made fun of lol --

"I would also like to take this time to announce the availability of
advertising within my board signatures. As many of you know I get many
views and pages of replies to all my posts. I have nearly 10,000 posts
across 12 of the biggest boards and will certainly double that within a
few months. So here's what I'm offering...

I can guarantee a minimum of 2,500 posts, a minumum of 100 new threads,
monthly across 12 of the largest boards. I will also actively work to
send new affiliates through my ICQ contact list, which contains over 200
active affiliates. If for some reason clicks/joins are lacking, I have
many resources to make up for it, this will be more than simply a sig
spot. $3,000/mo. enjoys the best exposure available. I'm sure my
accomplishments with the marketing of XXX provide an idea of my
abilities with your company."
