It's never anyone's fault, is it? When it's time for payment.
The ISP went down, taking the entire city with it. The dog ate the wire info. I was away. ---- That one bothers me the most. And, in this day of sophisticated communications, I simply cannot believe there was no method of contact. Feh. --- Yiddish slang for Feh.
