The smartest thing the WWE ever did was admitting that they are "sports entertainment" and turning the "entertainment" part up to 11. They really know how to keep a crowd coming and paying to be part of the ongoing soap opera.

Kudos to a man who knows more about marketing than most of us will every imagine.
