First thing will depend on what the judge does. If he grants the TRO against FDC then it gains IBill time to either make the move to Merrick, provided they are able to do so in time, and provided Merrick will take the recurring database they are carrying.
If that were to happen, then it's business as usual, one would assume. If not, then I'd say they are looking at Plans B and C right now. |
