Apparently ARS has a huge back order for getting things out. They had a monthly budget for buying and sending things out. To make things worse the girl who handles it is going on vacation for 2 week.
I also think a lot of people are cashing in theri points because they are concered that they will be devalued, or will be worthless if ARS bites the dust - so there has been a stampede. Points programs are difficult to manage, but if you are going to offer it, you should have better support!
