Plus atkins was overweight when he died you know (at an average age). I eat carbs, I'm thin, and my organs work properly.


Off topic but I saw that atkins in there...you might not benefit from it like ya think. South beach diet is more reasonable, but lower calorie lower fat lower bad carb diet is the most reasonable.
