FightThePatent - I appreciate the responsibility you've taken on with this, so if you don't mind, I have an idea for you.
Acacia is quick to send out PR stating, "Acacia makes deals with Hustler, Vivid and Wicked Pictures", which makes everybody crap their pants. How about sending PR out about all the prior art that seems to invalidate their patent.
