De Payne gave up his attorney so Mitnick could have the private attorney he wanted. When the government decided to go after De Payne, the attorney in question could only defend Mitnick or De Payne. He chose De Payne for two reasons. De Payne was a former client. De Payne had some money to pay an attorney. And this is my own personal belief...that the attorney didn't like Mitnick and really didn't want to defend him! That is the rumor I have heard over and over. Nobody liked Mitnick. He was an arrogant law breaker and he never showed any remorse.

Nick, everybody bent over double to help Kevin. He even developed a friendship with one of the telephone operators who placed his collect calls to all his victims.....Kevin started calling the operator. Kevin called anyone who would accept his collect calls. Kevin had no friends. He was a parasite and a snitch, and nobody trusted him. I had to talk attorneys and reporters into helping me. I called in a lot of IOU's to help the FAT FELON FUCK. Kevin knew he could trust me. He ASKED me to relay information back and forth to LDP, many attorneys, friends (half-ass), supporters, book companies, his relatives, everybody!!!! I held Mitnick's hand...no, not his cock, because I was told he didn't have one! A COCKLESS WONDER!

What would be the reason for me to betray this man? On the contrary, why would he betray me? Because, I knew too much and he got scared when I was fighting with Jack Biello. Also, Mitnick knew I was a writer. He was afraid of what I might write. Once he was out of prison, he didn't need me and many of those who had helped him while he was in prison. Now, he had 60 Minutes interviewing him. He had the press following him with their cameras. He loved the attention. I wasn't rich or famous enough for him. Plus, I had said on the internet that Mitnick had writers doing his work for him. It was said in jest at the time, but then the statement got back to Mitnick (out of context), and I was later told that he had never forgiven me. But it was the truth. Mitnick cannot write. The entire time he was in prison, others did his writing for him, especially me.

As far as the FCC goes, I never said one thing for or against Mitnick to the FCC about him keeping his license. I was the one who sent his attorney the renewal forms. I was the one who asked for help from hams to get his license renewed. You can't blame that one on me, FAT FELON FUCK. It was several months after you had won your appeal with the FCC that I finally wrote to the FCC about your daily harassment. I did not ask Christopher Painter or the FBI to stop you from being released when your supervised probation was up. Ask your probation counselor in Ventura...ask Painter. I simply told them that I wanted my complaints on record in case in the future I needed to prove harassment. You should count your blessings, FAT FELON FUCK, because I was responsible for you being set free.

Now, Nick, I am naming the names, and I can pull my records at any time and give you more names, dates, and tapes. What's the point. My book will say everything I want to say. Editors will check out my statements. They don't want lawsuits. The truth will come out, long before FAT FELON FUCK writes his book. By then, who will give a fuck.
