Sorry to say but basically suffer, try getting some fluids into you (coffee enema is your choice but I'd recommend water orally)

for me eating bacon works

It's what you do before you go to bed that can help
After drinking, before you go to bed have a glass or 2 of water (helps offset dehydration from alcohol - part of the cause of hangover) and take a few aspirin

Either that or start drinking again

For me, grease, caffeine, and as much liquid as possible does the trick ... and if you can stomach it, have a couple acoholic drinks as well. A vitamin never hurts.
