Rush Limbaugh comments. Racist?

Have fairly similar stats

However McNabb showed extreme courage last year playing (finishing) a game with a broken leg, how quickly that is forgotten when he had 3 bad games to start the season

I personally don't care for the big running QB's as they are huge targets and injury prone (Vick, McNair, McNabb, Culpepper). Losing a player of that caliber can serious hurt a teams chances.

Usually the more talented, more intelligent running QB's (Think Randall Cunningham) learn to be a pocket passers later in their careers

Back to subject - Limbaugh is doing his job, stirring shit and getting ratings
as for the comment
"I think what we've had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. "
Limbaugh did make a racial comment and was wrong - what is the recourse?
