I have written and deleted 4 responses to Gary on GFY. I am not concerned about losing a case, it is obvious the meth comment was a rhetorical question. Sort of like " Are you on crack?" or " Whatcho talking about Willis?"

However, I know Gary has some deep personal issues, and is VERY litigious.... I really do not have the time to devote to any other lawsuits, I need my time focused on PureCash, and making money.

I wonder why someone would make a post like that? In lawschool we were taught if you have a case, you never give notification until you file it.
I guess some people are looking to get publicity anyway they can.

The funny thing is the thread he quoted me in was dead, so HE is the one who brought it up again - so he caused himself more "damage" Yet he did not bring up my other post, where I ask him to contact me so I can explain what Python is doing to be such cockholsters.



Of course it is MY opinion that people do not like to do business with people who always sue. Litigious people are usually not people you want to get involved with in business deals. one never knows when the dog my turn around and bite you.

If people don't want to do business with him because of his previous drug abuse problems, that's understandable too!

I appreciate all the reponses on the GFY thread, the definately put a smile on my face.

Oh yeah, and if I remember correctly, is been awhile since I was in law school, being a "Public Figure" , which Gary certainly is, he would have to prove Malice intent on any post I made.

I really dislike people who abuse the legal system.... one reason I never wanted to practice law.

Some one said on GFY there is no such thing as bad press. I disagree and this would be the kind of press I wouldnt want. Not because of the law suit itself but because of the extra "legal" attention it would undoubtably bring from other angles of our legal system.
