The Feds also move very slowly and maticously - this is why they have a 98% conviction rate. First day in Federal Criminal Law class at Loyola, Prof said only thing you have to know about it in reality is be the first person to cut a deal for your client. Because with a 98% convinction rate, your guy will NOT be getting off. Cut the best deal you can early.....
