it started as a gay sponsored event
verry small just bar hoping mostly the first years then Key west in their Infinate wisdom ( KW has a nack for creating events to increase tourism) got hold of it and blew it into this massive party in past years 100k people have flooded that tiny 1 1/2 x 4 mile island The toga party at sloppy's is one to rival Animal Houses'
