When I was in high school, I was going out with an Italian girl and her Mom could cook....
We would go trap a couple of dozen blue claw crab... Bring them home... She would cook them into the spaghetti sauce... Just wash the carbs and toss em right into the sauce bucket and then cook the sauce all day long.... The result was pure heaven... A bunch of spaghetti with wonderful Crab and tomato.... Sloppy as hell, but to die for...........
