I honestly think that nicotine is the MOST addictive drug. :angry:
I stopped 15+ years ago - before the gum, patch, zyban, etc. - just did it cold turkey. Thankfully, the ONLY time I have the urge is when I've had a few drinks. I'll take a puff or two, and that's more than enough. Or....you could quit the way I got my son to quit when I found HIM smoking. It combines eating and smoking  but it works - at least it did for him!
